In order to meet your exact requirements, BluePool offer flexible software support agreements to suit your situation, whether this means remote support only or a more hands on full on site support contract.
Support is provided during normal office hours Monday to Friday. However, if you require support outside of these hours, this can be arranged as BluePool are aware some businesses will require support at critical times.
To ensure that all support calls are logged and monitored to make sure that they are resolved as quickly as possible, we operate a full helpdesk system. Our helpdesk team are fast, friendly and experienced, issues are moved up the chain quickly if no resolution is found immediately.
BluePool endeavour to respond to calls as soon as possible but within one hour for server down issues. We will ensure that any potential risk to your systems while carrying out the support work will be minimal so that you remain fully operational and that we have a ‘fall-back’ procedure, if and where possible, to allow us to revert back to a working system in the case of any unforeseen problems arising.
